CMSCure uses trusted third-party payment providers to process subscriptions securely:
For Paddle transactions: Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy . Paddle may issue refunds at its discretion for requests made within 14 days of a transaction. In regions where statutory withdrawal rights apply (such as the EU/EEA and UK), those rights are honoured automatically.
For Safepay transactions: Refund requests should be sent to support@cmscure.com within 14 days of the transaction. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed back to the original payment method.
For Cryptomus (cryptocurrency) transactions: Prepaid credit purchases made via cryptocurrency are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and can be applied to any project at any time.

Safepay transactions: Email us at support@cmscure.com with your transaction details and we will process your refund request.
Cryptocurrency transactions: Crypto payments are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with a crypto credit purchase, contact us at support@cmscure.com and we will ensure your credits are properly applied.
For any billing questions, our support team at support@cmscure.com can assist you regardless of the payment provider.
CMSCure subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your project settings, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
If you are on a free plan, no charges are incurred. Upgrading to a paid plan starts billing immediately through the designated payment provider for your region.
We encourage you to contact the relevant payment provider or our support team before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Direct contact often results in a faster resolution.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above when changes are made. The refund policy of the respective payment provider governs transactions processed through that provider.
