Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 28, 2025

Thank you for choosing CMSCure. We offer a straightforward refund policy designed to provide a fair experience while also recognizing the nature of subscription software services.

1. Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for charges within the last 14 days when there is a clear billing error, accidental duplicate payment, or when the service did not function as advertised and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

2. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • We do not provide prorated or partial-period refunds after renewal.
  • Cancel anytime from your account to stop future charges.

3. Free Trial

If you are on a free or trial plan, no charges are incurred. Upgrading to a paid plan starts billing immediately. Please review your plan limits and usage before confirming an upgrade.

4. Billing Issues & Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email our support team at support@cmscure.com with the subject “Refund Request” and include:

  • Account email address
  • Invoice ID or last four digits of card on file
  • Date and amount of the charge
  • Reason for the request and any relevant details

Our team typically responds within 2–3 business days.

6. Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank and payment provider (typically 5–10 business days after issuance).

7. Non-Refundable

  • Fees older than 14 days
  • Usage-based overages already consumed
  • Abuse, policy violations, or account bans
